  Generally, I am very reluctant to write poor reviews. But here's an example where the combination or poor service and food quality elicit such a response. The food came out ~30 minutes after our order was taken, which took forever after we were seated. We came to this place because it was close to home - what a shame that I could have drive an extra 7 minutes to a pho restaurant on Grand Ave with a significantly better experience. The food was just bland. The fishball honestly tasted like nothing. Mind you I am one of the least sensitive and least picky individuals you will find.
  
  On a positive note, I find this place to have a nice upbeat environment. A lot of folks enjoy going to this restaurant. Is it the location? The loyalty to staff? I just can't quite figure it out.
